Terms of Service
Effective 2026. These terms govern your access to and use of Servora Link, the marketplace that connects customers with private chefs, indoor chefs, and wellness professionals for in-home hospitality. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms.
The platform
Servora Link is a technology marketplace. We facilitate discovery, booking, messaging, payments, and reviews between customers and independent vendors. Vendors are not employees or agents of Servora Link. We do not provide culinary, wellness, or hospitality services ourselves, and we are not a party to the service engagement beyond operating the platform, escrow, and related tools.
Accounts & eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Customers and vendors each use role-specific dashboards. Vendors may be required to complete identity verification (KYC), credential checks, and profile or storefront setup before offering services. We may suspend or close accounts that are inaccurate, abusive, or in breach of these terms.
Bookings & services
Bookings are agreements between the customer and the vendor for the listed service, date, location, and price shown at checkout. Vendors must honour confirmed bookings and keep availability, pricing, and service descriptions accurate. Customers must provide a suitable venue and any details needed for the engagement. In-app messaging is for coordinating booked or prospective services — not for harassment or off-platform payment circumvention.
Payments, escrow & fees
Payments run through our supported gateways and are held in escrow until the booking is completed under platform rules. Funds are typically released after the customer marks the booking complete (or after the applicable release window). Platform commissions and plan fees apply as shown in your vendor subscription or checkout summary. We never store raw card numbers; processors handle card data. Wallet balances and payouts, where available, follow the rules shown in your dashboard.
Cancellations & refunds
Full refunds are generally available up to 48 hours before the booking start time. Cancellations inside that window may receive a partial refund according to the vendor’s stated policy and platform rules. Disputes over quality, no-shows, or incomplete service may be raised through support; escrow may be held while we review. Refunds, when approved, are issued through the original payment method or wallet where applicable.
Reviews & content
Customers may leave reviews after eligible bookings. Reviews and storefront content must be honest and lawful. You grant Servora Link a licence to host and display content you submit (profiles, photos, service listings, messages metadata as needed to operate the product). We may remove content that is defamatory, infringing, misleading, or otherwise prohibited.
Prohibited conduct
You may not harass users, post illegal or unsafe offerings, misrepresent identity or credentials, scrape the platform, interfere with security, or arrange payment outside Servora Link to avoid fees or escrow. Vendors must not advertise services they are not qualified or licensed to provide where licensing is required. Violations may result in booking cancellation, fund holds, account suspension, or permanent removal.
Liability & disclaimer
Services are performed by independent vendors in private settings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Servora Link is not liable for the quality, safety, or outcome of vendor-provided services, nor for disputes solely between customer and vendor, except where we fail to operate escrow or platform features as described. The platform is provided “as is.” Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms as the product evolves; the version published on this page applies from the date it is posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
